Booking Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS -   Travellers  must  provide the full name as it appears  on the passport.  Travellers  are responsible to check that correct information  are indicated on all travel documents.  

PASSPORT INFORMATION – Passport number, expiration date, date of birth are required to move forward with the reservation.  

RATES  -  Fares,  hotel accommodation and tour packages and other services  are quoted based on  US dollar.  Should  traveller  prefers  to convert  the rate  on their local currency,   current  market conversion rate will be used plus  added currency difference fee.  Rates may vary depending on the date of travel and room availability. Prices are subject to change and  not  guaranteed  unless  payment in full  is received.  

SERVICE FEE -   Depending on the complexity of the tour,  a corresponding  service  fee will be charged  on customized   itinerary.   A contract agreement) enumerating   the  scope of the services based on the requested   tour)   will be presented  to the traveller.  NRT Tour Centre  d/b/a TRAVELMATE Vacations shall provide the scope of the service fee which has to be paid first before moving  forward with the transaction .   Please note that service fees are not refundable.

DEPOSIT -   A non-refundable deposit  per person is required to keep  a reservation which can be  in the form of cash, check, credit card  or money order.  Amount may vary based on the package cost and  date of travel.  

FINAL PAYMENT -  Final payment is normally due  60 days prior to commencement of services.  Reservations  will be cancelled  if final payment is not received on the due date.  

FORM OF PAYMENT  -   Can be either  cash,  check, money order  or credit card.   Please note that credit card  payment  incur additional 4 % surcharge.  

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION -  When paying by credit card,   traveller  is required to fill-out a credit card authorization form  authorizing TRAVELMATE  Vacations to charge the cost of the service/s.  

AIRFARES -  At all times,   the airline’s  own  terms and conditions rule.     We recommend to check all restrictions and  important  information before purchasing the ticket.   Traveller  is solely responsible for  securing  all travel documentation   to meet  entry requirement/s  of  his destination.  TRAVELMATE  Vacations accepts no responsibility for cancellation due to lack of proper travel documentation, passport validity and immunization. 

RESPONSIBILITY  -   TRAVELMATE  Vacations  acts only in the capacity of an agent for purveyors of transportation, sightseeing, air tickets  and  accommodation.  Airlines, hotels, transportation companies and tour operators  (referred to as “suppliers”) providing  services  are independent contractors  and are not employee/s or associates of Travelmate Vacation.  All documentation, receipts and services of the suppliers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Supplier.  Therefore, TRAVELMATE Vacations  is not liable for any accident, loss,  injury or damage  to you or those travelling with you in connection with  any accommodations, transportation, sightseeing  or other services   due  occurrences   or conditions  including but not limited to negligence, vehicle defects, equipment malfunction, labor disputes, “Acts of God”, riots, terrorist acts or threats,  civil unrest,  theft, delays, environmental conditions, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules and other unforeseen events that are beyond control.   We   reserve  the right to alter any itinerary at any time based on local conditions and will not be responsible for losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.  

 

CANCELLATION  --  Written request to cancel a booking must be received  before any action will be taken.  Total fees will depend on the date when cancellation  request was received. penalties will be strictly imposed.  

 

By authorizing the TRAVELMATE  Vacations to move forward and finalized the booking,  traveller agrees on the stated  fees and cancellation charges.

PASSPORT -   Traveller’s passport must be valid  for six (6) months from the date of return.  

DEVIATION /CHANGES -  Any deviations or changes  are subject  to availability and additional fees.  A separate service fee may be collected   to make the change   as requested by the traveller.

YOUNG TRAVELLERS -  Traveller who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration  of  the tour. 

BAGGAGE -  During  the entire duration of the tour,  baggage is traveller’s   full responsibility.  

TRAVELMATE Vacations has no liability for loss, damage or delay.  Baggage allowance is subject to airline’s terms and conditions.   

EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS – Traveller must provide emergency local contact details prior to travel. This includes name, relation to the traveller and contact information.   This only be used in case there is a compelling reason to do so.  

TRAVEL PROTECTION  -   It is highly recommended that travellers purchase a Travel Protection  to protect  their  investment should any unforeseen event arises.  Travel protection plans are extra cost and subject to the terms  and  conditions  of  the insurance company.
